so sorry sillyolbear. 
it's so hard.
my chocolate lab is really starting to show her age. she'll be 13 in november and walks with a
pronounced limp due to arthritis in her right hind leg.
i used to take her on all-day hikes but now she can barely walk a mile.
she has been enjoying a home-cooked diet for the past year and that has helped her a lot.
