an adult making an adult choice to be in porn is not the same as a child be lured into porn, imojust for the record, i have not reviewed any tapes
Although considered an adult, it seems many 18 year olds still do not have a firm grasp of adult decision making. ![]()

So, wait...just so I have this straight...it's ok to objectify 13-19 yo girls in bikinis on a stage, but if they've reached 18 and do porn, it's not ok to objectify them?
I get it, sorta, that it's a matter of degree...but pageant organizers getting all in a tizzy when the tops come off seems kinda hypocritical to me. I mean, isn't the fantasy of the tops coming off pretty much what they're selling?

yes.
But you know Donald Trump needs to keep things "classy" n' stuff... and maybe they don't want pageant parents knowing that winning their pageant = direct line to porn ![]()

Recent neuroscience shows that the human brain isn't really fully developed until approximately age 25... and the part that develops last is the part that is able to evaluate the consequences of decisions...

oh if that's your thing, go right ahead and get one... they're just not for me
Prolly pretty sure he was not talking about a man receiving one. It's understandable that you might not want one.....it's okay. But....what two or hopefully more consenting adults do for money in adult videos is their business and it's prolly not real adult fluid anyway.
I'll speak more about my opinions on the matter once this thread is moved to DD or wherever.

Yet they can legally buy cancer sticks, drive a 10,000 pound truck, operate carnival rides with my kids on them, consume alcohol when they travel, oh and they can go to war and f'ing kill other humans.....We just have to pray that our own kids use their aged based rights in a safe and mature way....if not some sicko behind a computer will find excitement in viewing them...icky thoughts since I have two daughters....

Please, please tell me you have no children of your own.
Hey,the world needs ditch-diggers too. I find the whole idea of being ashamed of the choices your child might make as a little less than showing unconditional love. Who are you to judge your own child? Its sort of hypocritical to encourage a kid to do what you want and be happy, then not be supportive if they choose porn.
No i am childless and will remain so, because I care about reducing the population of humans

I disagree.
You can disapprove of what your child is doing and still love them unconditionally.
Unconditional love does not mean you have to love or approve of everything they do.

ok. Why not just be happy for what your child chooses, put aside your motherly ego, and support your kid?

Isn't that the idea?
And TtB. NO!
no, porn is not public. Filmed on closed sets, and the artist is compensated for performance. The only reason I see to be ashamed is because of the stigma on it. Perhaps if parents were more unconditionally supportive, the stigma wouldnt be there?

Or more generally, why is porn such a negative stigma? From all the talk on here, it seems people do nastier things in a Vibes tent than goes on in porn anyway....why the double standard?
The porn industry has traditionally exploited, coerced people, treated them poorly and not compensated them fairly.

What happens to a movie after it gets made?
It goes on sale to the public.
Once again, one does not have to approve of everything an individual does to love them unconditionally.
If my three year old has temper tantrums and kicks me and bites me, I will still love her, but not support her actions.
