Meatloaf. I'm doing half 80/20 beef and half bulk sausage...bread crumbs, eggs, maybe a little Chinese 5 Spice...ketchup and bacon on top. We'll see what else I make when I'm bored.

no freaking snow here...so no big cooking day...just classroom prep to return from a snowless break. How does that happen in upstate NY in February?

We did NOT get the snow that was predicted but I'm still making pulled pork. I made the coleslaw last night and going to slow cook the pork all day today

Sunday Funday is almost always baking/cooking day in my house. Making the house smell amazing=comfort for me
