I woke up to Americana in 2000...spent a summer teaching music and jamming with a bunch of world class musicians while playing the shit out of the Anthology of American Folk Music.

DHJ that's a dream of my mine...tried to master the harmonica for a while and had a good voice but no match for real talent....jealous.

If I had talent I'd be playing full time 13 years later! I do miss the stage terribly. I really want to start an old fashioned hardcore band once I finish school.

the stories were a lot of fun.  camels; bakshish; jackals; basically the whole thing was like having a great time in your living room with some acoustic music and funny stories from 35 years ago!

i hope so, though it appears that bob is about to embark on a tour and, as such, i doubt we'll be getting "weir here" from tri while he's out of town.  just a guess.  i have no inside info.
