Seein' as selfishness and self-centeredness are the root of my troubles, I relapse on a daily basis.

 

Since I became aware of that, I haven't had to experience the, "but a symptom," though.

My new lifestyle IS about being Self-centered and Selfish ,in a good way. For the better well being of myself. Something i wasnt able to do before. I had always been living for others by putting them first. Ending up somehow not being able to be there for them or where i was needed.

Now living for myself i am always able to be where im Needed and be there for the ones that Need me. And that is and always something that is important to me. Now i dont let myself down.

It was a real bitch slap to my psychi and ego and self confidence when someone is disappointed in me AND im disappointed in myself. The double slap was too much for me.

I LOVE the store brand cookies. Except chips ahoy, those are awesome, too. I love coffee makers that show up earlier than I do. That's rare. I have not relapsed yet, either.
