Very excited to begin work making fudge, candied apples, and all sorts of truffles and dipped treats at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Another handy kitchen skill, and the store is right on the boardwalk in Long Branch NJ, just a short bike ride up Ocean Ave from home!

No more 2:10am wake ups. That got old fast.

I also get to cross-over in the owners bakery around the cOrner making and decorating wedding and cupcakes. Its a great little gig working for an awesome lady from Italy.

I highly recommend checking out rocky mountains website. Its insane chocolate
