lol. Well. actually.. there was this one time... When I was like 20, and I went into the village with my friend and we had no money... and E just was a horrible, horrible letter.... lol. So I prefer not to use it.

The purpose of this appointment is to address concerns regarding the patients constant lethargic tendancies during the day.
i would perhaps argue the use of constant along with tendencies...imho they kind of negate each other
is it constant or is it a tendency? they are two different things...
all in my opinion, of course...

I totally know what you mean.. lol He has a constant tendency... Meaning he always falls asleep.. lol.

i would have been a pain in the ass english teacher 
my boss said that i make him feel stupid cuz i always find his spelling errors and punctuation errors and awkward syntax/meaning errors
hey, in my job we deal with meds and behavioral plans so these things are important, so he should thank me, no?

it should be noted that my posts on these boards are deliberately casual, non-capitalized and i use non-words often such as "cuz"
