Who is Sugarman?
Sixto Rodgriguez. Dude from Detroit in the 70's who did a couple of albums, none of which sold well here. Then disappeared. Caught on hugely in South Africa, where lotsa folks give his music credit for inspiring them during the antiapartheid movement.

My mom actually recommend this to me a while back along with the complete Murder She Wrote DVD collection with commentary from Angela Lansbury herself.... , I am sooooooo looking forward to viewing this gem,
a veritable classic in the making...no doubt!
