Warren Haynes will join the Boston Pops on Saturday, June 22 at Tanglewood in Stockbridge, MA.  Dubbed "the Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration", the performance will feature Haynes and the orchestra performing a selection of Garcia originals, Grateful Dead songs and other associated material.

 

The Boston Pops perform with a non-classical act every June, and have collaborated with My Morning Jacket, Ricky Skaggs and Guster in previous performances.

 

More information about the show, including ticket sales will be announced soon.

Topo lives the closest, however I don't know if her "roommates" would be happy about a gathering!

I live 38 minutes away (I just mapped it).  Tom and I would love to host a gathering!!  We have about 8 acres and a nice size house in the country where no one bothers us!!  Bonfires are always welcome here.  We have a couple extra bedrooms too.
