My Friend Jay Barady's Band (Floodwood) just announced some upcoming shows:

Jan 24 Rockwood Music Hall NYC

 

Jan 25 Putnam Den Saratoga Springs NY

 

Jan 26 Oneonta Theater Oneonta NY

 

also I have a duo gig with Nick P
Jan 17th @ PJ's Pub Syracuse 5:30-8:30 (before Umphrey show!)

 

For those of you who dont know Jay Barady is one of the best Mandolin Players in the Northeast. Playing with his band Woodenspoon (on hiatus) and now his new band Floodwood featuring Al Schneir and Vinnie Amico of moe.

I may be able to hit the show on the 24th. I got turned on to Woodenspoon at moe.down 2000 and have caught floodwood a few times so far.

It'll all boil down to my financial situation that week.

Cool, I dont know if I'll make them all depends on the baby situation. I'm excited!!!

 

I like Floodwood because I love Woodenspoon. Listen to the Adirondack Song. It's not my favorite woodenspoon song, but it sure does make me love living near the ADKs.
