The Hot Mojito

I created*  this drink as I passed my deck in the snow thinking of sunshine and the perfect mojitos we drink on it. 

Just take peppermint tea, juice a fresh lime into it, add organic cane sugar, and a nice shot of rum.  

It's nice that you don't need to make simple syrup, because the sugar dissolves.  Use quality ingredients!

Healthy (quibble with the sugar, ok), tasty and warming!

*yes, it's been done before but I never heard of it.  Google it and you'll fid official recipes

My quick Google search has a Flaming Mo' or Flaming Mojito as a regular mojto set as a flaming drink.

It was a Simpsons reference.  Moe. and Homer battled over their new drink The Flaming Moe/Flaming Homer.  If memory strikes me correctly. Homer invented it and the secret event was cough syrup.  Aerosmith showed up at the suddenly popular bar.
