hands down, for me it was the band who opened for RMB in Boston, night 2, Lake Street Dive
Just a really tight, funky band whose energy is off the charts

they have it all: funk, jive, twang, soul and good old fashioned rock n roll
Ken, they would REALLY help fill the chick rock deficit that GOTV suffers from...
never mind the hole they would rip in the green stage!
The only thing better than an upright bass is a chick playing an upright bass!
when i saw your thread title I instantly thought of Lake Street Dive .. they were a really amazing surprise when I went to see RMB .. would LOVE to see them again. I was telling Chris about them!
