Why are you focusing on the tool?

Unmanned drones don't kill people, people do.

Maybe we should just make the drone operators practice hitting targets more accurately -- that's what Ted Nugent would call "drone control"

And the only way to stop a bad guy with a drone is a good guy with a drone.
