Chicken American (from Kampy's Korner, Elizabeth NJ):

Deep fried chicken breast
Melted American Cheese
Fried onions
Bacon
Mayo
Ketchup
Toasted Otalian Roll

One of my old standbys growing up.

This makes me miss Patchoulia for some reason. (It would be better if you asked for cute sandwiches...)

Anyway, I am partial to ham, thinly sliced apples and brie on many-grained breads

My favorite sandwich in North America is located at Banh Mi Thi Thi in Calgary, AB. It's a 100% mom and pop run place, and you can tell. I go there every time I'm in town...and it's always consistent.

Cuteness is in the eye of the sandwich holder :)

(I seem to remember a thread, that is elusive to me right now, about Patchoulia's preference of cute lunches over non cute lunches. Sandwiches, to me, equate to lunch, therefore, this thread needs cute sandwiches. Trust me on this.)
