Yeh great episode. I agree with you moed_over, Rick could have a ton of people helping him if he didnt keep pushing everyone away. I understand you have to be cautious and all but your gonna need people to help fight the governor.
Also I was thinking why dont they just leave the prison and go back to their hometown. Looked like Morgan had it pretty under control there. Build your own woodbury, plus the governor wouldnt know where to find you.

"Mat said 'welcome'"
that was awesome! ![]()
Good episode. A nice change of pace. Needed a break from Governor Douche and Mistress Dipshit.
I was kind of bored, because I didn't see the first half of the first season, but Chase said it was important. I still need to go back and watch those beginning episodes...

Ok so to address the Rick pushing people away thing...
When Rick sent Tyreese and company away, he wasn't in any state of mind to deal with the "here and now." Perhaps at that time, the conflict with Woodbury wasn't all too real yet. Besides, it makes for great plot fodder when Tyreese shows up in Woodbury.
Morgan didn't want to come, Rick respected that. What was he to do, tie him up and throw him in the back of the Hyundai and force him to come to the prison. Do we really need three supremely unstable people there...with Glenn on the verge?

not only the Tryese thing...but the hitchhiker?!? can't escape from some walkers?!? do you really want to bring an extra liability to the group? that guy seemed he'd be as useful as li'l asskicker ![]()
I've liked the adding of humourous banter in the past 2 episodes..the welcome mat and the week before the Gov saying those guys are blood thirsty! ![]()

I disagree. Intense.
In other news, Hershel's pony tail is officially a cast member.

I dont get it.They can show graphic zombie killing and borderline soft core sex, but nobody can say anything worse than the word "shit"?The world has ended and nobody has uttered the word "fuck" once.
