No tunes for us this weekend.
Possible JBetty/Fishnetplowman meetup in NYC Sunday afternoon, weather permitting.
Going to a house party for NYE....small gathering of longtime friends. We've probably been doing the NYE thing together for about 15 years now. Good times & lots of laughs predicted.

Unfortunately we did not get power turned on today as hoped. Damn LIPA fell through with the new meters... again. So it's another night with the lantern and whatever I can stream on my phone... Post some good links if u got'em! Happy New Year!

we're headed to a friend's house the next town over for a little house party. this guy taught Jason to ride a bike but moved away when he was in 5th grade. they reconnected a couple of years ago via Facebook and discovered we lived close and still have much in common...so we've been getting to know him and his wife and have become friends.
should be a good time. i'm glad we squeezed a nap in tonight!

Me personally, I liked the 12/30 set list better.
The quality of music both nights was great.
Someone else could like the NYE show better and wouldn't disagree. Both were excellent.

Went to The Vic last night for The Lee Boys and Leftover Salmon. Show was not what it usually is....sound is not great at that venue. They had a lot of heart - both The Lee Boys and Leftover Salmon - but at the end of the night, it all fell kinda flat.
We had a great evening overall though! Hit a couple of places before the show, and after. And today was fun too as we went for a dim sum feast in Chinatown.
