is it just me or has anyone else found that the audience recordings were 100% better than the sound boards!!?

on a cool side note on the first night you can hear the p.a. go out and the crowd singing Camel Walk and the very faint band monitors still going then the p.a. kicks in and the crowd goes wild but the sound board didnt capture that .a very very cool and special moment lost ,atleast for the bands official recording.
