I'm assuming that 2013 will be as in past years, and that if we want to come in on Thursday, there'll be a $20 per car fee, but the highlighted stuff here confuses me a little:

Your Weekend Camping Pass includes four days of music and three nights of camping beginning at 8:00AM on Thursday, July 25th, until 8:00PM on Sunday, July 28th. ... For those arriving on Thursday before midnight, there is a $20 Thursday Early-Entry Parking Fee collected at the gate. For Weekend Campers, we offer Thursday as a bonus camping day to come in and setup early. If you choose to take advantage of it, in addition to your camping pass, you will be charged an additional $20, per vehicle, parking fee on-site. Early-Entry ends at midnight on Thursday night (12:00AM Friday).

Can someone clarify for me...sounds like it says tickets include Thursday night camping, but if we want to camp on Thursday, we'll need to pay the extra 20...so they don't really include Thursday camping...little bit of a disconnect there for me.

There is always a $20 charge to park on Thursday. It is not new...

as previously mentioned, the official answer is;

the $20.00 fee "IS" a parking fee.
