I thought the years with Gasteyer, Shannon, Kattan, Oteri, and Ferrell were fairly good. Molly Shannon's "joyologist" made me want to shoot my television, but not as much as the wall-to-wall Kristen Wiig skits.
The show is carried by Armisen & Sudekis now. New blood needed, stat!

The Carvey, Jackson, Hooks, Nealon, Hartman, Meyers years were pretty damn funny.
the ninties were good. I think this has much to do with Comedy Central ramming it down our throats for years when it first came on the air.
I cant really even watch the 1980s or 2000 seasons.
Drunk Uncle...better than Kanye West?

Was it just me. It seemed like the Kanye set was like watching someone doing karoke. He didn't even have backup singers.
Singers? Fuck he didnt even have MUSICIANS. Three "dj"s cueing up his ripped off samples and various noises to back up his incoherent shit talking.
And the best years of SNL were the 80s-early 90s. With respect to the original cast. Belushi was king.
