maybe i was just sick, but wtf - i didn't even know it was a real thing until i looked it up.
the dude was homeless for at least a month or two.
i didn't go the regual MD since i seemd to be getting better - any one have any expericnes in telling it apart from just regular common cold ?
would the cat need meds to clear it, or just time like us ?
lesson learned, long sleve shirt, gloves, no hesitation, have box secure - treats/nip in box
other suggestions ?

I had a case of it a few years back after my cat bit me on the way to the vet.
Poor little guy was having a heart attack and they had to put him down.
My finger was a little sore and numb, but I didn't think much of it until it started swelling up and red streaks started climbing up my hand and arm.
I also felt a little feverish so I bugged out of work feeling VERY guilty about leaving since it was the 2nd week of my very first full time job after being a housewife for 15 years, and went to my Dr who dosed me up good with antibiotics.
Probably would have felt the flu-like symptoms a little later, had I not gotten antibiotics that same day.

Systemic diseases can manifest themselves in many different ways.
But if you're feeling better, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Are you OK now?
no, still had a slight fever when i left the office last night.
a few mad elfs later i was felling much betterer
could not smell the buffalo wings the guy sitting next to me had.

Couldn't smell the chicken wings - sounds serious.
You wouldn't want that turning into a bacon thing.
Perhaps it's time to visit the dr.
just nasal congestion, i'll
bacon is fine, i'll be repacking the slices into 1/4 lb packages tonight.
4 x 6 = lots o packages
