And? I thought you were making a serious inquiry. And I stepped in to correct what I saw as a false premise. What's your point, "playa"?

Please quote me in context, and we can continue.

I stand corrected, I went back and read, and I tied the comment of blaming dems and reps for not allowing 3rd party candidates having viable chance of being elected to the outraged not mattering which side it comes from.

But I can not have a civil discussion. When i am wrong I state so, not double down on abuse or being a dick.

But you are the expert on civility.

Oh and I asked you clearly if I was correct, I did not state it as fact.

It's not the first time in this thread you've accused me of saying something I didn't.

As I've said before I give back what I get from others. When you stop spouting off shit that isn't true and attributing it to me maybe you'll deserve a little respect and civility, until then you'll no longer get either from me.

Yeah, it's one thing being abused for something that's true but it seems folks feel they have to make shit up and twist my words around.

I have no problem taking shit for things I do say and it's not like I don't voice enough of my opinions to provide the fodder

I did not accuse you of anything and I stated me being incorrect.

I asked YOU a question to verify my statement about you was true. That implies I may have been incorrect.

PLEASE TELL ME HOW THAT IS SPOUTING SHIT?

Have you ever done that? Admitted to being wrong?

Then tell me where I accused you of saying stuff. When I stated it, I went through and corrected myself.

if you wear a rubber glove, it feels like someone else is touching you.

either way, it's always Joker and TASB against the world.

and if Jill Stein won, how do you know she would keep her word? Who the hell is she anyway? Where did she come from? What experience does she have? All I know about her is that the only way she can make the news is by getting arrested. You have to do more than get arrested to earn my vote.

I don't think she's qualified. A true statesman wouldn't get arrested 2 weeks before the election, IMHO. There are better ways of garnering attention. (I'm not saying that civil disobedience doesn't have it's place, but in her case she should have avoided it. It was an obvious desperate plea for publicity.)

I don't really think we should elect radicals, either. Incrementalism is a more balanced approach -- and I think most people agree.

Perhaps if you folks that like to accuse me of saying things took the time to check first and quote me rather than just yapping shit without knowing what you're talking about these types of "misunderstandings" wouldn't occur.

oh, excuse me... why don't you give us the complete and unabridged list of all the people you've said that to, because I know it's been at least a handful and I don't have the time to research your history.

explain to me what "talking out your ass" means. I'm not familiar with that phrase.

Anyway, I don't think Jill Stein is a socialist. She's Green Party. Anyway, not sure what your point is.

I thought the facetiousness of my post was obvious by the parenthetical statement about Obama being socialist...

Lets play it. Right here I admit it and own it.

OK. I voted for him and it is all my fault, not the other half of the country who also voted for him but tell me how this ...

would be better if I had voted for Gary Johnson or Rossanne Barr?

I mean I voted for Grampa Al Lewis as governor of NY in 2000. On 9/11, I thought, thank god he did not win.

You keep believing that outrage or pointing out hypocrisies will make any change.

I do not believe in change. It is the same regurgitated BS. I do not believe in any of them. The only thing that matters to me is that every one is treated equally. I want the US to be the place where every one is free, every one is accepted for who they are no matter how crazy or what religion you believe in or who they marry. Since we are no longer the definite military power in the world, or the biggest economy in the world, we should be the place in the world where we lead by example in the way we live and accept every one regardless.

The only way to make sure of this in my opinion is to make sure there is a liberal compassionate judges who will do the right thing morally and legally.

So go on and believe in 3rd parties, or be outraged, or decide to abstain from voting, but I feel your lack of caring for your fellow man and caring more about some future 4, 8, 12 years from now when that party is may be on the ticket. By then I will be a decade older and may not feel the same way then.

But it is somehow in a round about way my fault.

That is why my obnoxious response was saying. Blame me, I voted for this guy. Every president does bad things. Wasn't Clinton president for Black hawk down. Bad things happen in the world. I accept this.

Semantics are lost on you. It is cut and dry. I voted for him so I am fault for supporting his policies.

OK. You win. Does not change my mind about anything, but all Obama voters are jerks for not being upset. We get it.

:bang:

Sarcastic or not, ok I am responsible because I voted for him. That is I am saying.

OK?

What is not clear here?

Shots at joker were at of point of frustration, and while admitting I wr, wrrrrrr, rrooo, wrong, and it needs to be explained further. Wrong or taking responsibility that I later found to be sound logic. I do not like it but it is sound logic so I changed my mind and owned it.

You are way to sensitive. And may be our other discussions on gay marriage may have spilled over and that is what your thinking of why I am taking a shot or spouting shit.

Again, like your response to me (below and in bold), I do not blame you, I blame everyone who voted that way, and to take it personal is the same as me not being out raged by your article / situation.

I think that is a good analogy. May be not.

I just have a slightly different vision of america than you do.

You want us to be the moral high ground for killing other, which I agree with by the way, somehow lost in the shuffle, I just do not think I am personally responsible for the deaths because I voted for Obama.

I too want America to be the moral high ground, but every where, in every moral and social situation.

Previous discussions lead me to believe that is the only place we differ, unless you have reconsidered my previous badgering and come around to my asinine way of thinking?

Jesus man, did you just respond without reading what I said? I never said it was all your fault. In fact, I specifically said it's NOT just you it's everybody that voted for him.

Would what be better if you voted for someone else?

I don't know if anything would be better but you wouldn't bear the responsibility for electing Obama if you had voted for someone other than Obama.

Edited because To clarify my point further, you do care for your fellow man, except your solution for gay marriage is not realistic, but we agree they should have the same rights. Just semantically your way will never happen, and where we differ.

But aren't you saying that most Obama supporters get in line just because he is part of the TEAM? How is that saying most. OK, did I go to far with ALL? prolly, but come one, semantics.

I called them jerks, because if your reasoning was correct they would have to be jerks.

actually, I think the use of drones might not be a bad idea. I'm not a terrorist, so really no worries.

and yeah, I'd be more concerned if Mitt Romney were in office because I think he'd be more inclined than Barack Obama to abuse the power.

I also hope that we have the guidelines on the usage of drones better figured out before Obama leaves office so that the next guy can't abuse the power.

I plan on calling the Whitehouse and signing any petitions that I see if this issue is not addressed soon.
