Okay.....so far i am going to get a Mophie to extend my battery life.
I have it pass code protected.
I have downloaded google, youtube, Pandora, weatherbug, yelp, jambase and allsnow (ski reports for everywhere)
I see i can stream internet archieve and GD.net but dont see actual apps to keep on the phone screen. Do they have them?
Unbroken chain mentioned a taxi app need to look into that one.
So what else is cool?
What screen protector is best?
Seems like the Mophie is it's own protector case so i guess thats covered.
App me up people!!!

Tony: before my company dumped iphones and made us use friggin blackberrys, I loved the Around Me app. I travel a lot and you can hit that app for anything from the closest hospital, to the closest gin mills, to the closest place to procure hurricane ingredients. Highly recommended.
As others have said, the flashlight is pretty cool, saved my ass walking home up in ski country a few times.
I miss my iphone.

how did you do that?
Flashlight app......i used to use my old phone for that....will do.
After browsing to the Vibes board through safari, select the little box thingy with an arrow coming out of it (found at the bottom of screen, middle).
Then select Add To Home Screen.

get the star gazing/constellation-identifying app that carl has...
and work out all the kinks and get to know your phone, please
i plan to join the wicked smaht phone generation in a month or two...wanna try and buy myself one for my bday
i expect you to show me how to use it
does it have an app that can send a message to the dude in front of you at a show who insists on recording the show through his phone, held up in your field of vision, instead of setting it down and watching the *real* show?

Red Laser I a good app for checking prices on stuff when at a store. It reads the bar code and then goes online and looks for places selling it.
If you have AAA they have a good app. Also if you have Verizon FIOS they've got a nice app for controlling the dvr.
Most banks have an online banking app. Check for one from yours. I use Citi and I can deposit checks through my app.
If you want a some fun games, checkout Jetpack Joyride and Carapult King.
And always go into the App Store and see what's new in the free apps section. You never know when something good might be there.

I'm sort of fond of the Waze app for navigation. It's a community app where people report accidents and where the police are running radar...also smart and will reroute you when it notices traffic slow downs and such.
Spy cams is a fun one if you are really bored and want to watch cameras on beach, bars and such.
AppBox Lite- holidays, currency exchange rates, loan %/$, tip calculator, other stuff....oh and even a calendar so you can figure out when your GF/wife/both are having their period.

TuneIn Radio Pro is the best dollar I've spent this year. I downloaded Pandora but haven't used it yet because I can always find an internet radio station that suits me just fine.
I paid four bucks for the LMA app and have Free Music Archive which was free, of course. I was expecting the $4 LMA app to be superior to FMA in every way, but it really isn't much better.
