women live longer than men. Why? I don't know. Is that sexist?

just from my personal experience, I've seen my mom cry so many times I can't count... but my dad like only once.

And what do you scientifically deduce from that?

a difference in the way they process emotions.

I'd say that they'd have a lot less tears in their eyes blocking their view from crying all the time, so yeah. prolly.

I've had good luck with female managers, but I've had good luck in general with managers. I think it's all about reading them correctly. Some want you to make them look good, some just want you to shut up / do your work and not bother them with anything. Most want to feel like they are doing a good job as a manager, so I tried to support that. Love them or hate them, I think it's generally in your best interest career-wise to be on good terms with them, even if they suck.

I have no manager now... and I like it for many reasons, but it's also hard as I have nobody to go to for help if I am buried or overworked. trade-offs.

maybe women have themselves partially to blame for being stereotyped. I've met at least a few women/girls that would blame their craziness on PMSing.

and crazy is just a relative term anyway. Something that seems crazy to one person might be completely normal to another... same goes for cultures.

I actually do think women are nicer overall and men are bigger assholes... as far as predictability or stability goes... who knows. It depends upon the individual.

Until someone can prove that gender specific body parts produce hormones that act as neurotransmitters affecting neurons in the brain... it's anyones guess... like evolution... all up in the air still.

Maybe I just have low-T

http://www.bodylogic...le-men-syndrome

Men experiencing Irritable Male Syndrome or Irritable Male Syndrome are often in denial and find fault everywhere except themselves. As a man, it is difficult to recognize and admit that there is something wrong with yourself, that something has changed; hormonal problems are too often viewed as a women thing. The truth is that you are not crazy, something is wrong and something can be done to fix it. Male hormone testing is the first step to determine your hormone levels. Bioidentical hormone therapy integrated with a customized nutrition and fitness program has been the solution for many men. Feeling better is within your grasp.

how are women a minority anyway? That's BS. Last I checked there was a greater population of women than men in the world, and you live longer too.

the thing is... you want to insist that I'm completely wrong, but it's a fact that men and women have different levels of hormones. Every individual has different levels, actually...

bottom line is you really shouldn't judge anyone before you get to know them.

still, testosterone is what makes men act like assholes.
