It appears from his last few runs of shows, that he intends to just do shows in just the New York and San Francisco area.
Whether or not Furthur tours more is another question. :dunno:
Whether or not they need to tour is an entirely different matter altogether.

i've been hearing this for the last 3 or 4 years. but he's certainly not getting any younger. i think every show he does at this point is a gift to him and to anyone who enjoys what they see and hear from him. enjoy it while you can.

Spot on Jenny.

That's why I will go to as many P&F shows I can.

Phil looked like he was mid 50's on stage tho. Def. having a good time. And the energy in the building was crazy.

He has this amazing gig going for himself at Terrapin Crossroads on his home turf where he racks up $65/ticket that people happily pay every day of the week he chooses to play. I think he loves that everyone comes to him now so there's really no need for him to tour anymore.

It's quite a sight at that place. . . last I went there was a dinner and a show, seating at 5pm, dinner at 6, show at 7. At 7:30 people were still waiting in line for the doors to open for their 5:00 dinner seating but nobody really seemed to mind. It's a different world out here and Phil is the King of it.
