Rocking out on my smoker today. About 20lbs of Pork Shoulders (cut into 4 pieces), 9 1lb turkey legs, two racks of spare ribs. And something new: Mississippi Prime Rib (Smoked Bologna).
For the guests, if and when they arrive, I baked a most amazing apple crumble pie... I had the first slice of it for breakfast. omg. it may not last till the guests arrive. LOL.
Later today, Hunter & I are going to make a chili to enter into a Chili cookoff contest.
Pics should follow...

sounds like a good , long day.
any shoulder going into the chili ?
Good thinking! I didn't think of that, but now it's totally among the possibilities. I'll reserve some specifically for that purpose.
Originally, I considered browning the meat in the smoker (ground beef and ground pork). But I don't think I'll have the space in the smoker to pull it off.
