In my opinion, this is an absurd argument. What do you mean 'recognize'?
Regarding your original question in this thread, do you really think that because you live in a legalized state that there would be different set of rules for you on this board? Really?
Absolutely 100% absurd on purpose, hence the
I don't think anything which is why I posed the question. I wasn't sure.

I would assume it's okay to talk about the fact that things were legalized in several states in the abstract, although there's a good chance that such a thread being related to a political decision would be moved to P&R.... no?
although I ain't takin a chance of acting on the assumption....
I'm too smart for that :winkydinky:

Of course it was dumb. He was just trying to pin me in the corner with the gay marriage thing Or course I came right back with the magic world of rational thinking and logic and won per usual.

We have no "rights" here other than the ability to post something. It basically says we're going to do what we want with your posts and if you don't like it that's tough shit, there's nothing you can do about it.
due to the lack of legalization at the federal level and considering that such few states are attempting to legalize, i would assume that the rules about this discussion would not be changing yet.
what do these two posts have in common? (besides the 8:08 and 9:09 timing thing)
