Unfortunately the law of supply and demand isn't fast and in fact is applied more and more subjectively.

Go read it please. Also, the Kaiser foundation, I believe, has a calculator that shows how the financials work out based on your income.

you already pay a larger "tax" by covering uninsured people who use emergency rooms. besides...that position is one most libertarians such as yourself, believe to be the case with most, if not all, taxes.

I'm not aware of any that were taken away by the supreme court.

It's actually Obama himself that gets the credit/blame for that by signing off on the NDAA.

a few sources. minimizing bureaucratic waste and raising taxes on the most wealthy to start. just having folks able to obtain primary care will reduce current costs significantly.

Luckily the polling place is located on my block so I didn't have to go far.

The volunteers were so nice to help me stay off my feet while I waited my turn.
