To decorate, use electrical tape. You can YouTube it to find out how its done. In my opinion, this is the most difficult part, but they make great home made gifts.

To the original poster- as someone who has purchased the infinity hoop by body hoops I really do not reccomend it. While it is awesome to be able to bring it around easily, the hoop itself is quite heavy and now that I'm actually getting into doing some real tricks it is almost impossible to practice with my infinity.
Good luck with your search for the perfect hoop- it is quite the journey!
