Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar?

Does anyone have any experience with the ACV? My plan in putting a couple of tablespoons in the glasses of water im drinking... (& I drink a lot of water!)

Stop sugar cravings - use apple cider vinegar next time you have a craving for that bowl of ice cream or piece of chocolate cake. Here's a quick remedy that may stop you from indulging: Add two teaspoons of raw apple cider vinegar to a 6 oz glass of filtered water, and drink it down.
Yeah, I can believe that drinking some vinegar could ruin my appetite ![]()

Thanks again for bringing this up - I am going to try to really get this into my daily diet - I also heard that drinking 2 cups of water, first thing in the AM is good to cleanse your body - so I'm going to TRY to put 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar in a glass and drink it
