Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar?

I've been researching the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar in regards to helping with weight loss, but it appears to have many other health benefits as well.

Does anyone have any experience with the ACV? My plan in putting a couple of tablespoons in the glasses of water im drinking... (& I drink a lot of water!)


Reduce sinus infections and sore throats
Balance high cholesterol
Cure skin conditions such as acne
Protect against food poisoning
Fight allergies in both humans and animals
Prevent muscle fatigue after exercise
Strengthen the immune system
Increase stamina
Increase metabolism which promotes weight loss
Improve digestion and cure constipation
Alleviate symptoms of arthritis and gout
Prevents bladder stones and urinary tract infections

when i was using braggs raw cider vinegar daily, i didn't experience the reflux i had before. now that i've stopped, my heartburn returned.

thanks for the reminder. i going to pick up more today

i like it as sort of a "cleanse"...after a weekend of eating & drinking tons of crap, a few glasses of acv mixed w/ water is a relief to my system :lol:

Apple Cider is really useful for the human body and health. But we should use the certain quantity of the Apple Cider, in other case it can also be harmful for the human body and health.

Thanks for sharing its health benefits. Yes, Apple Cider Vinegar is a fantastic natural remedy for diarrhea since the high pectin concentration acts as a protective coating which soothes the irritated lining of the colon.

Stop sugar cravings - use apple cider vinegar next time you have a craving for that bowl of ice cream or piece of chocolate cake. Here's a quick remedy that may stop you from indulging: Add two teaspoons of raw apple cider vinegar to a 6 oz glass of filtered water, and drink it down.


Yeah, I can believe that drinking some vinegar could ruin my appetite :lol:

Thanks again for bringing this up - I am going to try to really get this into my daily diet - I also heard that drinking 2 cups of water, first thing in the AM is good to cleanse your body - so I'm going to TRY to put 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar in a glass and drink it

....so I'm sipping right now 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar in a pint glass with cold water....not so bad.....
