got nye thru mail order
we have tried for nye thru mail order every year they have played at msg since 1998, this was our first success.

got 30th thru ticketmaster
i have always had a slightly better chance getting NON 31st, nye run (29-30) tickets on TM onsale....still not a sure thing but it has worked out a couple times for us

It's been 20 years since my first Phish NYE (12-31-1992 Boston). I then got the next 2 years (Centrum 12-31-1993 Boston Garden 12-31-1994). Never got NYE tix again, tried every year that there was Phish NYE except for 1996 and Big Cypress. Maybe God is telling me I shouldnt be going to such high profile Phish shows anymore because I am nearing the age of 40. I think s/he is telling me to spend more time and money helping the citiziens of the world and raising money for myself so I can support myself. 3 nyes 2 phish fests and 3 halloweens. I guess it's time to stop judging my happiness based on scoring tough ticketss.

Yeah happiness should not be based on getting tough tickets. Even I don't have a Phish New Years ticket this year. I'll be down in the basement with the spunions.

Yeah I'll still be there for Phish at SPAC and stuff, and maybe even still try for NYE, but I'm not gonna let it dictate my happiness.
