Wormtown Trading Co. and it's festival Wormtown are in a battle to keep the name. Apparently another business based in Minnesota has had a trademark on Wormtown for 20 years. The folks at Wormtown are considering changing their name as they cant afford a lengthy legal fight. They are asking the Vibe Tribe for their help with new names.

Wormtown is just a local nickname for Worcester, MA. I'm surprised it can be claimed as a brand at all.
