After being together for close to nine years and engaged for almost four I finally get to marry the love of my life in one of our favorite parks in Rochester. The weather is looking pretty good (for October) and everything seems to be falling into place. Only about 72 more hours of stress. On my last shift at work right now and luckily am just the floater (help out wherever needed) because I am checked out. Planning an event for 100 people is making me realise how much effort must go into putting together a four day event like Vibes.

Have been calling this the summer that never was because it was filled with nothing but wedding planning and attending two other weddings and traveling to Saratoga and Buffalo for two seperate bridal showers two weeks in a row. (Our families are from opposite ends of the state) running all over the city dealing with DJ, florist, caterer, the park itself, seperate venue for the rehearsal dinner.

Everything turned out AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Weather held out for our outdoor ceremony, the wedding party entered to Shakedown Street, Found out our caterer is a dead head and he said the next time Phish comes to the Rochester area he is doing the catering and he is going to call us to help with the delivery. My uncle performed the Ceremony and said we not only brought two families together but strengthened mine as well.
No one went home thirsty because we arrainged a DD. Have been working on all of the open bottles of wine leftover for the last week.
