And yes, I am well aware that I can google it, but I figure I would ask you guys instead....

I have never known the difference between "C" and CE" on the calculator.... someone explain.

I always thought CE stood for 'Clear Everything'.... but I've never been sure, so I just hit both the C and the CE to clear the calculator....

C = clear (last number entered)

CE = clear everything.

CE = clear entry !

for example, 100 plus 105 equals 205
minus 106 oops i meant to put in 105, hit CE, hit the minus sign again, and the display reverts to 205 and i can put in the correct number

or, if you don't 'need' to see the display go back to the original number (205), then hit the CE and just type in the correct number. it will remember that you were subtracting

My calculator doesn't have those. It has M+, M-, and MR. Is it broken?
