I'm going to be having a couple of winter outdoor parties and would love some outdoor string lighting...are the solar powered ones any good ?

most of the solar powered lighting i've tried has been insufficient. i can't speak to the string lights specifically, but the lights on posts, with the solar panels on top, work...but run out of juice quickly.

yeah, I was afraid of that...
my neighbor has one string in a tree and it's very dull.
but it's a couple years old as well...

they dont stay bright long enough.

Get some plug in bright led ones.
