I found out about the sober camping area at last year's Vibes. Are these sites associated with VIP camping or family camping? How do you reserve a site within this area?

Sober camping is availible. There is no official sober camping. The Wharf Rats set up the Oasis every year in Family Camping. You will need to get a Family Camping Pass, you can do that by email. When you get there give me a call and I'll try to guide you to us. I'll send you my number.

I am going to try to volunter but, would like to be in the sober camping area. Should I apply for the camping now or wait until I fill out my volunter request form?

go ahead and apply for camping now. if you're chosen to volunteer, your department head will ask you where you want to camp. tell them you are already in family camping
