The two where everyone else will be seeing the backs of your heads! 
If you can't get those seats, then I'd go with Tedeschi Trucks because they are such an overall talented band that makes you go wow the whole show and Leon Russell because you really don't get many chances to see him plus Little Feat are, well, little feat!
Toots, Mule, Los Lobos if you are still uncertain!

After careful consideration of things such as good seats still available (this issue knocked Feat out of the running), dates, and my husband's refusal to miss Anders Osborne when he is within 50 miles of us, the winners are Toots and Anders and Tedeschi Trucks.

I'm guessing you are looking at these shows in Boston? The Anders/Toots wasn't on my radar until just recently, and Fall River can be difficult to get to on a Thursday night from work in Woburn. We chose Gov't Mule and Tedeschi Trucks Band. :-)
Would it screw up your plans if I told you that The Meters were playing a new venue in Cambridge on the 30th, with Page McConnell on keys?

Look for us at the Mule show (big surprise!)
They're calling themselves the Metermen as it is only 3/4 of the Meters. I saw Page with Porter, Baptiste & Stoltz down in NOLA a few couple years back and he fit in well (big surprise!).
