its a far stretch from going to a teen club and dancing dirty to getting pregnant, but I agree, virginity > Teen preggers any day.

You make it sound like the parent has 100% control of the situation. In your case, your children chose the route you agree with and are proud of. Not always the case though.

My point exactly. I think all parents HOPE their kids will choose a life path that they agree to. No matter how awesome a parent you are, these kids still have a mind of their own...

No I never said parents have a 100% control of the situation but they do have a huge influence on their children. I am saying it is possible not to raise sex crazed children who have no self respect.

It is equally possible to have a rebellious child who drops out of HS and marries a biker, and you end up having a grandchild with a dog collar, despite your best intentions and parenting, isn't it?
