i ended up doing some yard work on saturday mornings this summer but i'm back to yoga twice a week again, along with a zumba class, and 20/20/20 class and a new one called 'on the ball' that is all about pilates balls. i don't know where she comes up with some of the stuff we do with those balls.  :)    i do that, then yoga, on saturdays, and i really like it.

oh, cool! i've always wanted to try kickboxing but i'm afraid i'll throw out my back.... but i might just be strong enough right now to try it ;)
