i had a massage for the 1st time since august and my massage therapist was amazed at how good my body was doing. i think it's this diet. it's very anti-inflamatory.
*but* i really need to start doing even just a little yoga. and after today, daylight savings time will have the husband and i walking in the evenings again

i'm not doing it exactly (i read the book, there is so much more there than on the website) but i have modified my diet radically.
it takes a lot of getting used to. nothing sweet is the hard part for me. but it's really amazing. i cheat sometimes and eat potato chips but i've mostly been eating tons of veggies, a little meat, a little grain. (no grain w/meat)

What amazes me tho is the muscle memory of doing this routine - it all came back quite nicely, and it feels good to be gaining some strength and flexibility again. Silly me forgot just how beneficial it all can be!
