I was driving through CT yesterday on the way to my boyfriend's aunt's house and we were playing scan the radio for cheesy songs and hit a station with some jam music. We listened for a bit and Evan (HUGE moe.ron) was all "Is this Moth" and I was all, "if it is it's a super early reccording of it" and then proceeded to get pretty darn excited that it was! I was actually going to post the link to your site on here today, but I guess that is unnecessary... You're idea of playing songs that happened the same day in history! Great idea, thanks for making our drive more bearable and we're def gonna tune in via internet stream whenever we're having a lazy Sunday at home!

"Today in Jam Band History"
We'll make a sandwich of Playing in the Band, listening to how the song developed between one of the first versions and the Europe '72 tour. Filling the sandwich are YMSB, RMB, and Ali Baba's Tahini. Enjoy!

An interview with Bob Stirner & Jeff Otto of Boris Garcia, with a track from their new CD and a live track from their CD release party. Filling out the rest of the hour: performances from this day in history, including the Grateful Dead's last show in a building that no longer exists, and the Radiators with something Zappa fans will recognize.
