i could use some new knees, actually
or at least a new right one
i had a bit too much fun at the surprise solo acoustic ryan show saturday night and fell UP my stairs at home and whacked the EFF outta my knee
its all bruised and swollen now...oops...

i hike it and bike it
well, i havent since my surgery in june cuz my dr says i cant
but i go back in a month to see if i can get the go-ahead to resume my daily activities/exercise
but i kinda feel like making it through vibes and maintaining the pace i did shows that i am ready
may have to call her this week and see if she will allow me to resume now!

still no word regarding that email i sent a few hours ago
but i am ok with that cuz the recipient was away on vacation all week last week so i am sure he was drowning in emails this week
if i dont hear back by monday, i am calling him and leaving a follow up voice mail to the email
and on that note i am off to feed/medicate my pals kitty while she is away and then off to hell- er, i mean work...have a good afternoon boardizens and be good to each other, dammit!
