I'm a big fan of autumn, honestly. The leaves changing color, the crispness in the air, pumpkin flavored everything, autumn camping is the best....
I can't wait for autumn!!

I had a fabulous July which included the continuing celebration of my birthday as well as Liz's birthday, a bunch of Phish shows, Bellstock and the VIBES, which was awesome!!

But since it's over, I'm looking forward to August and September now! There's a vacation at the end of August, our anniversary, a bunch of gigs including some Ruckus shows and some other shows to look forward too!!

Don't get me wrong, spring, summer, winter - it's all good! But autumn? There is something special in the air at that time of year... I am looking forward to living in the woods full-time and getting to enjoy all of it's majesty!

Late summer- mid fall is generally my favorite time of year...but since I've just had the happiest July of my life, I can't say I'm glad to see it go.

I'm pretty excited to see what August has in store though.

you're right, there is something special about the fall, especially here in New England... and my fingers and toes don't start getting chilly until late November usually... except for the odd pre-Halloween blizzard

I haven't had a NE autumn or any autumn (really) in 7 years ! Very excited for this fall season !...and going to Voodoo Fest in NOLA ta boot !

Whilst ( ) in Ireland, I didn't miss the hot humid weather, but I sure did miss the autumn and all that comes with it ...

August looks promising so far... good friends' band Friday night, Mohegan Sun Saturday night... Little Feat the following weekend ?
