my artist hit me up yesterday, wants me to come in on Sunday for the photo session, now that my arm's had over a month to heal. perhaps i'll post some of them when he sends 'em to me.

meantime, Josh...make with the #1s.

A traditional bee with red wings for my queen bee with red hair. "Resistance is Futile" is our motto, and is inscribed on the inside of my ring. I think it came out badass.

The musical note in the end didn't come out well. The lady who did it did a shit job. It's going to need to be totally redone.

Had a consult with a custom artist...getting a piece done Wednesday night for our youngest daughter...super traditional. I gave him some references, and he's running with it.

He totally pulled it out of my head on both counts. I told him to make this one super traditional...he loves Sailor Jerry...worked out so well.

Sounds like my left sleeve. I had a few pictures and requirements, and Zam painted a masterpiece melding my requests with his unique vision. We're gonna do likewise on my right...I have my scene set, he'll realize it and fill in the gaps.

He worked the reggae colors in very subtly...he was worried about the hypo...but the redhead and I at the same time said "yeah that's it".

Yeah, it's clear this was a powerful piece from the get-go. It's the subtleties that make it kick.
