I finally got medically cleared to resume full activity, so I spent 35 minutes on the elliptical this morning. Next time, treadmill. Gotta get ready for a fun run...

Down another .8 today. Yay!! Total weight loss is 11.8 pounds in 10 weeks. Slow but steady is good I guess...
Now I'm going to work on my birthday week peanut butter cheesecake. Oh yeah. Gonna forget about the diet for the next few days.

I misbehaved all weekend in Montreal. No tracking, not a lot of exercise (OK, I walked 2km on Sunday, but that was for a smoked meat sandwich), lots of beer. I enjoyed it, but it's time to pay the piper and get back on track today.

I wasn't in Montreal this weekend but I definitely mis-behaved. After Friday I didn't track a thing, ate a lot of cheesecake, drank a lotta beer, and ate junk. Yesterday I was back at my desk and was going to be good but I just had a terrible day with chocolate and cookies.
oh well. It's funny that sometimes after I have a bad week I end up losing anyway. Of course the scale will tell tomorrow!

Same here. Wish I had a cranky hamstring to blame it on... Truth is I'm just being really f-ing lazy.

I'm not going up but I am definitely losing my motivation. I lost .2 this week, which somewhat counteracts the .8 I gained last week.
My at work program ends in 3 weeks and I really wanted to lose 20 by the time it was over. I'll probably come in around 15 which isn't too bad but I will probably sign up for another round and keep at it.
I have never been a lifetime member and have always wanted it. Maybe this is the time.

15 pounds is great!! And I'm sure you can get the other 5 off if you want to keep going. Lifetime membership is definitely an attainable goal and I'll be happy to keep up the cheerleading!
