I held steady last week for the most part - up only 0.4, but that could've been because I had coffee before weigh-in.

Then Sunday I went and ate (and drank) nearly double my allotted points... :eek:

No going over for the rest of the week. I had my fun already.

I'm with you. I had my splurge last night (Thai dinner, some wine and a red velvet cupcake). Back on track as of this morning. :)

Officially down 2.8 today to bring my grand total for the month to 7.2 pounds lost! I'm very psyched and can already tell a difference in my body and clothes. :dance:

I am having a hard time with my disorder. I can't stop eating. :sad: I try to stay out of the house and that helps

Tiff don't get hard on yourself. Find low point snacks you can have around if you need them. Don't let disorders control you!

I'm getting used to one less point every day. I'm with Georgi- now I've got 30 per day. Yesterday went pretty well though so maybe it won't be as hard as I'm guessing... :lol:

Well I lost this week 1.2 for a grand total of 6.4.....

I wish it was warmer to get outside more. But I am doing what I can do to stay active. Just spent 40 minutes outside in this snow. :shocked:

We are making the thai coconut curry shrimp again this week, and we are going to try out her recipe for baked potato soup to have with a nice salad. NOM NOM NOM! :drool:

I posted the picture I took of the thai coconut curry shrimp to her facebook page, and she actually commented on it. :) I was quite excited.

I'm sure the mac & cheese I had on Sunday and the leftovers of it yesterday didn't do much good. :funny1:

I'm still trying to figure out a way to not have sugar in my coffee. I usually have 2-3 coffees per day, and that right there is 6 points (2 tablespoons of half & half in each cup, 2 teaspoons of sugar in each).

I don't want to use Splenda. I don't like coffee without sugar. I have tried truvia and stuff like that, but it tastes gross and I don't like it.

Maybe I should just cut my sugar down slightly each day. Do a few days with 2, go down to 1.5, 1, .5, etc. until I don't need it anymore.

I try, but then I am back to dumping it in again. :lol:

Just made some vanilla chai tea. My damn clementine was all dried up and not juicy, so I'm hoping tea will do the trick.

(Must not think about Cape Cod potato chips in vending machine! :gah: )

It was awesome. It was super filling with 1/2 a cup of brown rice. The chili itself was a tad bland but I went light on the spices. It was so nice coming home to a cooked dinner and be able to eat a filling meal. :wink:

I'll have to try her baked potato soup!

I'm pissed. I made a bologna sandwich for lunch. 3 slices. CAME TO 7 POINTS. JUST FOR THE BOLOGNA. Stupid.

Next time I will look before eating. :lol:

I should have stuck with turkey. :lol:

(Bologna with reduced fat cheese and mustard on my gluten free Udi bread sounded comfort foody, and delicious!)

Wanna know what else sucks? I gained 1.8 this week. :bang: I knew I ate a lot over the weekend but I didn't think it'd be that bad. This weekend I'll be at home so I will be able to stay on track and have a better week.

Really been buckling down the past few days. I'm happy to be staying home this weekend where I can eat well and monitor everything. I've been picking up on the exercise front as well so this next weigh in should go well.

I have a huge Mexican meal planned tomorrow night with recipes from Skinnytaste.com - pulled pork, cuban black beans, cilantro lime rice, and the chocolate ricotta mousse. I'm excited!!!!

Yeah I don't want to get on the scale either.... all the chocolate i was craving this week has killed me....

I hate accountability but I also hate my ass... so I think I will have to face the music and stay away from the chocolate :undecided:

I weigh in on Tuesday, and I don't wanna. :lol:

Just made our dinner menu for the week.

Thai coconut curry shrimp (shocker :funny1: ) with Jasmine rice http://www.skinnytas...rry-shrimp.html

Chicken burgers with baked sweet potatoes (egg, gf bread crumbs, carrots, celery, onions, ground chicken, salt, pepper...you can add blue cheese crumbles and Frank's Red Hot to make them buffalo blue cheese burgers...nom nom!)

So far, that is it. We are going to walk everyday, too. Maybe we can lose 10 lbs. before going to FL.

Definitely have not been motivated lately. I'm sure as soon as my bathing suits arrive, that will make me motivated. :rolling:

Down 3.6 this week. So weird- 2 weeks ago I lost 2.8. Last week I gained 1.8. Today I lost 3.6. Gotta love the rollercoaster. :funny1:

Don't get me wrong- I'm psyched to have lost more weight and bring my total to 9 pounds. Next week I'm going to hit 10 and hopefully 5%.

Yeah, it goes up & down but that's all part of it. If you try looking at your totals month by month instead of week to week, it seems to give you a better idea of how you're doing.

So i weighed in today... In the two weeks they tell me I lost 1 lb. I am a little frustrated. I ate healthy and exercised more this week and still barely changed anything.

I am not giving up but I would like to hit the ten lb mark this :bang:

Believe me, I know how you feel. :heart: It can be so frustrating when you're doing everything you're supposed to but the scale doesn't want to move.

9 pounds in 2 months is 54 pounds in a year if you keep up the pace. Don't sweat it.

Up .2 this week. I guess I'll just continue my cycle of losing a bunch in one week, gaining a little the next, and losing more the following week. :funny1: I definitely could have done better but overall it wasn't so bad.
