Congrats on what you've done so far!!!! It's even better your doing this with your boyfriend. Working with each other instead of against each other to be as healthy as you can be, is a great step for a positive future.

So after my 2 week break from dieting and working out yesterday starting my diet and working out last night was a bit tough. I really need to push hard these next 3 months to get down to 165 - 160. My goal is loose 15 more lbs by the end of the summer. I think I can do it but if I only get down 10 lbs, I'll be just as happy.
On a side note last week at phish someone took a picture of me on the beach. I've visually seen the changes in the mirror to my body but after looking at the picture I was very surprised how far I've come. I know I need to work on my mid section a bit more but wow have I changed.
