Sounds like camping is a blast, and although i have jsut a day pass and plan on camping out at walmart or somewhere in the area (p.s if anyone has any suggestions to close close camping?), i was wondering if normal day passers were allowed to go chill in the camping area to meet people?
thank ya |

you aren't supposed to be able to get to the campground, but crazier things have happened!
such different security conditions from Lookout Country Club... |

if you have a day pass, you are not allowed in the camping areas.

If they opened up camping areas to non-campers, countless people would try and scam vibes by having one person buy a camping ticket and then have others just buy day passes and stay the whole weekend.

I don't think you are stuck in the field, just not permitted in camping area.
But I've been wrong before. (just once) |

wait wait... last year i had a single saturday and was able to go all over seaside park. are you saying i have to stay in the concert area the whole time?
i dont quiet remember but i remember when i purchased my ticket it said we were free to roam as we pleased, but if we were found on the grounds at all a half hour after final act was off stage, then we will be handed over to the police or something like that but last year i walked around everywhere and it was great, is this year different? |

pretty much stuck on the field. you can grab some shade by the food vendors or walk along the boardwalk/beach, but that is pretty much it.

I was joking, security this year was pretty tight this year, though I heard of some people making face wristbands to get in.. those jerks!
Anyway, if people want to chill camping, BUY A CAMPING PASS! For realz |

And this is strictly enforced, at least when I went threw the gates. Every single time there would be someone trying to talk there way in from a punk kid to a cougar mom. Security had the same answer if I let you, I have to let everyone.
and the huge Spot light shining down on the gates helped a lot. |
