I just had this yesterday...it's my friend Kathy's recipe. :)
4 cups chocolate soy or rice milk
1 cup rice - I used short grain sticky sushi rice
1/4 c sugar or desired sweetener to taste - I used agave, but don't remember how much!
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp vegan butter
Bring "milk" to a boil, stirring every few minutes so it doesn't boil over
Add all ingredients, reduce heat to low, cover and stir every 5-10 minutes
Once all liquid is absorbed (about 45 minutes), remove from heat and let cool a bit.
Enjoy!! Yummy!
