2 C. salsa
1/4 C. brown sugar
2-3 T. dijon mustard
Pour over 4-6 BSCB (boneless/skinless chicken breasts) and bake at 350 until chicken is done, 25-30 minutes. Serve over rice.

Sounds different & good.
I'll have to try it sometime w/ OTB fresh salsa.
