Anyone know anything about this? I'm sick of not feeling well, just done with it!

I figure at this point it must be something I eat. I'm trying very hard to well. Today after I ate half of a large salad with a small hunk of italian bread, and started feeling not well. It had a bit of oil on it, (despite asking for it plain) so it could be dairy, wheat, or a veggie.

I drink tons of water a day. Eat a balanced diet for the most part. My body's been mesed up all month since I had that terrible stomach virus. blech! I want to feel well again!

did you try taking some pribiotics, or eating yogurt with probiotics in it?
I've been a mess all week too. I shouldn't have eaten that cheesesteak last friday, but it didn't affect me last time. Now I've felt like crap for a week.

Antibiotics are not probiotics, actually antibiotics tend to counter probiotics and often just eating yogurt isn't enough.

I would try going gluten free for a month along with adding a good probiotic/superfood to your diet.

If you're on antibiotics, you might need some healthy bacteria to return to your system...yogurt works...acidophilous (sp?) is also good, if you don't do dairy or don't like yogurt.

lol i was still half a sleep this moring, not antibotics, acidophilous :lmao:

i take acidophilous twice a day, all the probiotic combos I've tried give me heart burn :blush: oops

Have you tried alkalizing your body? It sounds like you may be too acidic.
Try Pure Synergy (I call it my dirt juice)
it basically cured all of my belly ailments. :)

wheat, oranges, nuts, dairy ... this is a basic elimination diet .. go without these foods for 2 weeks and then over the course of a few weeks slowly add them one by one back into your diet. see how you feel as each is added back in.
